Metaevaluation
is basically rethinking and assessing current or past evaluation
efforts in order to make improvements in the evaluation process. It
is a method in which the evaluation efforts are reviewed in terms of
the overall process, utilization of results, available resources,
evaluation performance, and evaluation paradigm in order to identify
what things are working and what things need to be improved.
