Agency Description: Achieve Language Academy, formerly known as ACORN Dual Language Community Academy, is a Minnesota charter school serving pre-kindergarten through Grade 8 learners. It is tuition-free and financed the same way as other public schools. Governed locally by parents and educators, the Academy is free to be innovative in design and instruction, yet is highly accountable to the local community and its sponsoring agency. Achieve Language Academy is built on the belief that good schools transform communities; that community is created by shared values and common goals; that all children can learn and achieve; and that education is essential to a prosperous and fulfilling life.

ACET services: ACET designed an evaluation plan for this charter school and prepared its 1999 Annual Evaluation Report, which included the results and findings obtained from the year-long evaluation.
