Agency Description: Prairie Creek Community School (PCCS) is a K-5 charter school sponsored by Northfield Public Schools. Prairie Creek is a small school serving grades K-5 with small class sizes. Prairie Creek states they are a child-centered school, "We help children discover the power and excitement of their minds, their feelings and bodies, their relationships, their art.  We assure children of their value, encourage their accomplishments, and respect their individual learning styles.  We value diversity."

ACET services: Since 2007, ACET has prepared “Annual Report on Curriculum, Instruction and Achievement,” which provide the staff and families of Prairie Creek, the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), the Northfield Public Schools, and the general public with information describing the progress of Prairie Creek and its students.
