ACET, Inc., is pleased to introduce Lisa Perkins Smith, who joined ACET this spring as an Administrative Associate! Lisa brings her extensive experience in graphic design and in running her own small business to the work that she does for ACET.
After several years of experience doing design work for a non-profit, Lisa opened her own graphic and web design business in 2005. Her experience creating brochures, graphics, logos, etc., easily translated to her report work here at ACET. She doesn’t just design graphs, but thinks about “the ways to present data and make sure it’s easy to understand and interpret.” She plays an essential role in making sure clients are able to work with the information that evaluators collect.
Lisa also has experience as the founder and operations manager of an indoor play-space in Chanhassen, MN. We are excited that she brings experience in management, accounting, human resources, graphic design, and administrative work.
Outside of ACET, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children plus her extended family and friends. She and her son volunteer with the Free Book Buggie; bringing free books to children across the Twin Cities. Lisa also enjoys playing on a competitive women’s volleyball league, hiking, reading, boating, and dancing in the kitchen.
