About ACET

ACET is a small business offering professional services within four portfolios:

  • Outcome Measurement - Our team designs and implements evaluation plans and data collection tools (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, program data, listening sessions), to gather and analyze data, report outcomes and findings to local, state, federal, and philanthropic funders, and assess impact and plan for program improvement.

  • Collaborative (research and evaluation) Design - Our team defines learning goals, identifies the data needed to meet those goals, and assesses readiness to collect and meaningfully use data for progress improvement.

  • Community-Based Engagement - Our teams develop tailored strategies based on community needs and identify community partners for collaboration, engage community members in research, and build capacity to ensure culturally responsive collaboration in decision-making, and

  • Events, Training and Technical Assistance - Our team creates relevant resources, toolkits, and protocols that support program work flows, records and data quality, ongoing communication, and the development of feedback loops to enhance program processes and services.

Our clients include city, county, state government, non-profit entities, educational institutions, and other types of public-private collaboratives. Each project has an assigned Coordinator leading the project team, a specialist to support project design needs, and an assistant to support administrative tasks associated with project deliverables. Most staff members are assigned to a particular portfolio in which they build and maintain expertise, however our project teams often include staff members from across the portfolios based on the project’s scope of work and deliverables.
