Kamarrie has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations. She holds a Ph.D., in English as a Second Language Curriculum & Instruction and an Ed.S., in Educational Leadership.

Elisa has a wealth of experience in business management with specialties in data-driven strategies and quality compliance. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Ashley Kitchen

Ashley has expertise designing evaluations that meet the requirements of state and federal funders to measure outcomes and report on impact. She holds a Ph.D., in Politics and International Relations.

Rachel has expertise designing participatory and mixed-methods equitable approaches across stakeholder collaborations. She holds a MURP with a concentration in Art-based Community Economic Development.

Charles specializes in facilitating community engagement, bringing cultural communities to collaborate and support their diversity, equity, and inclusive journeys. He holds a M.A., in Human Resource Development.

Megan specializes in customer relations and leading interagency projects to coordinate events and technical assistance to serve a wide range of audiences. She has a B.A., in Global Business with a minor in Psychology.

Mick brings experience designing visuals for events and reports using both digital and print media, as well as coordinating efforts to engage clients and communities with the visuals. They hold a BFA in Graphic Design.

Founder & Board President

Stella previously served as ACET’s CEO from April 1998 to August 2024. Her passion for creating ACET centered on designing and implementing culturally tailored evaluations. She holds a M.A., in Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation.
