For the past 20+ years, ACET has helped schools to: Gather feedback from students, parents, staff, and community; evaluate programs and improve outcomes; and use data to guide decision making.

Our Services

If you have a data task, we have your back!

ACET provides services and supports to public schools, charter schools, independent schools, and private schools.

We support grade level teams, school improvement/ data teams, administrators, and other school leaders to use data from students, parents, staff, and community.

  • The YPQA provides data to program leaders and teachers about youth engagement and program quality, so that they can empower youth to develop as leaders, adapt implementation for better engagement, while using a research-validated quality improvement systems to advance child and youth development.

  • We help schools select tools to learn about the experiences of their students. The SAYO-Y can show where your program is succeeding or areas in need of extra attention. This survey (for youth Grades 4-12) has multiple domains that show program leaders, parents, administrators and others what students are getting out of your program.

  • ACET has support charter schools for over two decades, and authored one of the first statewide reports for the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools back in 2000. We develop annual reports for Charter Schools for publication on their websites, to meet board expectations and priorities, and to report out on their funder/grant requirements.

  • ACET develops staff reflection tools and data use plans at key intervals during the school year for grade level teams, school improvement teams, and administrators.

    We can design, implement, and report out findings from staff surveys and focus groups. This data can support staff training, assess climate, and help prioritize staff needs.

  • ACET creates forms, data collection tools, and data dashboards to improve school wide data use.  We can develop dashboards for grade level teams, school improvement/data teams, Instructional Coaches, and Administrators to easily and accurate monitor and report out on student outcomes.
